In Bolu, the 112 Emergency Medical team was attacked by a relative of a sick old woman.

According to the information received, a 112-year-old patient, resident in Köroğlu Mahallesi Can Sokak, attended an intervention on a 112-year-old patient in the city center.

While medical teams were trying to obtain information about the patient from waiting relatives, they were verbally assaulted by a person.

The medical teams then informed the police and began to wait for the arrival of the police in the ambulance. The person, who verbally assaulted the medical teams, began firing at the ambulance with a pistol.

The health teams that left the scene and went to the Bahçelievler police station complained about the person.

Bolu Provincial Health Director Muhammed Emin Demirkol and officials from the Health Directorate also came to the police station and learned of the health personnel who were attacked.

The police teams that arrived at the scene arrested İ.EE (32), who allegedly fired at the medical teams.

The teams, which wrapped around the region’s 7 blank shell casings with security tape, launched an investigation into the incident.

On the other hand, the patient was taken to the Emergency Service of the Köroğlu Unit of the Bolu İzzet Baysal State Hospital with another ambulance directed by the 112 Command.

Officials from the Bolu Provincial Health Directorate confirmed the incident and stated that they issued the “White Code” and would follow the judicial process.
