The Ministry of National Defense announced that many weapons and ammunition belonging to terrorists were seized in the cave where the terrorist organization PKK killed 13 civilians.

General Yaşar Güler gave the following information about the cave in question:
‘There are 3 entrances, 9 rooms and 7 iron doors in the cave. There are also zigzags inside the cave. At some points, a 1.20 meter tall structure was created in which people had to walk only crawling or crouching. Obviously, this cave was created after a long period of work. On the third day, a terrorist who was trying to escape from the cave at night was captured by our elements. On the fourth day, another terrorist who tried to escape from the same place in the same way was caught today. These terrorists announced that there were 8 terrorists inside. ‘

Stating that the ground operations were launched by helicopters to the target area after the air operation, Minister Akar said:

During the operation, 48 terrorists, 3 of whom were so-called senior executives, were captured dead and 2 terrorists alive.
