Having suffered a historic defeat in the 44-day war with Azerbaijan and determined to withdraw from the Nagorno-Karabakh region, Vazgen Manukyan, who was nominated by the opposition as prime minister against Nikol Pashinyan, landed on the field.
THE ECONOMY IS IN DISASTER!
Vazgen Manukyan, who held a meeting with the youth, said: ”The economic situation in Armenia is truly disastrous. This will be reflected in the implementation of the budget, reduction in GDP, investment and regional losses. ”
100 THOUSAND HECTARS OF CULTIVABLE LAND LOST
According to Manukyan, about 100,000 hectares of arable land (previously occupied Azerbaijani land), 315,000 hectares of green space, 15 hydroelectric power plants and 100 megawatts of energy were lost.
THIS TABLE DOES NOT EXCEED
At the same time, the politician pointed out that no normal businessman will make a significant investment in Armenia, adding that the country will not be able to get out of this extremely negative outlook without real investment.
IN THE CASE OF AN UNSTABLE COUNTRY
Noting that Armenia is an unstable country that constantly threatens to restart hostilities, Manukyan said. “Investments in Armenia are made only by entrepreneurs of Armenian ethnicity due to their nationality, not for profit. “These investments cannot be large-scale and therefore cannot change the situation in any way.”
