The Üsküdar District Government reported that as a result of the study shared on the social media account that former national soccer player Tanju Çolak was eating with his friends in a restaurant, an administrative penalty of 13,876 TL was applied to the workplace and the people who violated Kovid-19 measures.

In the statement made by the district government, it was stated in some press media that former national soccer player Tanju Çolak and his friends ate in a restaurant where it was not possible to serve food at the table within the reach of Kovid- 19 measures and images shared of this meal on Çolak’s social media account:

“In the studies carried out by our teams from the Public Security Office of the Üsküdar Police Department, it was determined that these images, which were the subject of exchange and contrary to the measures taken in the framework of the fight against Kovid-19, were taken on January 27, 2021, in a restaurant in Çengelköy. A total of 13,876 TL of administrative sanctions were imposed on the workplace and people who violated the ban. “
