In the statement, the rare and deadly Kawasaki disease was claimed to show symptoms such as high fever, swollen hands and feet, red eyes, swollen lymph nodes, and swollen throat, and is especially effective in children younger than 5 years.
It was observed that when children in some European countries where the epidemic was effective, similar symptoms were observed, health officials were investigating whether there was a link between the disease and the Covid-19 virus.
