An argument broke out between Ramazan İpek, who is a ferry driver in the Döşemealtı district, and his wife Melek İpek, 12, at their private home on the evening of January 7.

Melek İpek, who was detained, was arrested by the justice of the peace where he was taken. In the indictment, where the prosecutor asked for a discount for “unfair provocation”, Melek İpek was required to be tried with a prison term of 18 to 24 years.

Melek İpek, who was detained in Döşemealtı Type L Prison, appeared before the judge for the second time at the 3rd Higher Criminal Court of Antalya today at 3.30 pm.
