The AYM General Assembly will do the first examination of the case tomorrow and will decide whether the accusation is accepted or not.
The Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme Court, Bekir Şahin, filed a lawsuit against the Constitutional Court, demanding the dissolution of the HDP.
