The police intervened with students from Boğaziçi University who wanted to make a statement in front of the Çağlayan Palace of Justice.

Boğaziçi Solidarity issued a press release at the Çağlayan Courthouse after the arrest of 24 students who joined forces to support a female student who was being investigated at Boğaziçi University.

Minutes before the press release, it was known that the prohibition to act was issued by the district governor’s office, and the police harshly intervened the students gathered in front of the court.

On the other hand, it was seen that the police intervened harshly against the deputy of the Popular Democratic Party (HDP) of Istanbul, Züleyha Gülüm, who supported the press release in the images of the intervention.
