Minister Koca, “We have to return to normality. This is only possible with precautions. We cannot ignore the virus. We must not let it take away normal life. We can achieve this by following precautions,” the statement said.

According to weekly data, Samsun, Giresun, Sinop, Balıkesir and Yalova were the provinces with the highest number of COVID-19 cases per 100,000 people.
