We are implementing hundreds of them, yesterday we had the opportunity to open 164 design skills workshops together with UNICEF. I hope that today we will hold the collective inauguration of 34 design skills workshops from our 20 schools in Kahramanmaraş, children who only know how to work with pencil and paper. We act with the aim of getting children who can do it in the province. That is being able to do something beyond knowledge. Doing is the fundamental principle of our education; otherwise, children can win tests simply by solving questions, but they cannot solve life’s problems. It is easy to solve problems, but solving problems is not that easy, we believe that workshops will make a great contribution to this. I say as someone who has had the opportunity to see thousands of times how a design skills workshop really transforms the life of a child. Children must be in the workshops and must have years of experience in these workshops. If these experiences do not exist, the baccalaureate will reach the last year ‘What is my first, what is my talent, what department should I choose, where should I go? you are still busy with questions, but if you experience it thousands of times since preschool, if you have experience, the library of experiences will be enriched, and the child will have the opportunity to know himself, he will realize what he can do and what can do. he cannot act in accordance with his friends and consequently a development plan emerges. “
