Minister Koca attended the 6th meeting of the Board of Presidents, Health-Sen, 6th term, online.
According to the union’s written statement, Minister Koca addressed the Board of Presidents, which consists of 96 branch presidents, as well as members of the Health-Sen General Board, and stated that great sanctity was attributed to the duties of health workers.
Emphasizing that healthcare professionals have a devotion to bringing health not only to their own citizens but also to humanity in times of need, Koca said:

“WE ARE AWARE OF THE INQUALITY IN THE ADDITIONAL RATES”
Koca also conducted the following assessments regarding the personal rights of healthcare professionals:
“I would like to reiterate here that we have not been able to provide the personal rights of our health workers. However, we are trying to do our best within the current financial possibilities of our country. We are also aware of the inequity in the additional salaries that staff receive. We are also aware of the issue of different payments that are made due to low seizure costs and legislation that can be interpreted differently. We also need the support of the parties in the arrangements to be made in this regard.
Stating that the burden on health workers is gradually increasing, Minister Koca stated that they are doing everything possible to increase the number of staff and ensure a fair distribution in the country.
