Following the indictment drawn up by the Public Ministry, a lawsuit was filed against the defendant GK for 24 years in prison for ‘sexual abuse of the minor’ and 23 years for the defendant SK without arrest. A lawsuit was filed against Anne HK demanding 1.5 years in prison for “failure to report the crime.” SK, for its part, was taken under the protection of the Provincial Directorate of Family and Social Policies with her baby after birth.

The hearing was postponed to correct the deficiencies in the file by deciding to continue the detention of GK, one of the defendants.
