In the circular, which indicated that the Dynamic Audit Model was implemented, which aims to make the current audit structure more effective and effective, in order to ensure the sustainability of the controlled normalization period in which the measures will be implemented in based on provinces according to risk group and to ensure full normalization as soon as possible; It was stated that in addition to the principles of cleanliness, mask and distance, it is important to comply with the rules determined to cover all areas of life, as well as the inspection activities to be carried out. In the Circular, it was emphasized that audit activities will be carried out continuously 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and that all areas within this scope will be audited.
The decisions made in the circular sent to the governorates were the following:
Due to the measures that have been softened at the provincial level, the work to be carried out by the inspection teams will be carried out within a weekly schedule in order to prevent new adversities and increases in cases due to the epidemic dimension.
When creating audit schedules, weekly planning based on topics / activities will be done without allowing any area to get out of control.
In this sense, a thematic general audit activity will be carried out for a week starting on Saturday 06.03.2021, and the areas to be audited on other days will be the following:
