The circular noted that the deadline for citizens who have structured their debts under Law No. 7256, which includes regulations on tax structuring and some other debts, is Monday, March 1, 2021.
The circular indicated that the Ministry of Finance and Finance decided to keep the tax offices open on Saturday and Sunday, February 27 and 28, 2021, the date on which the curfew will be applied, taking into account the demands of citizens. who want to pay off their tax debts on weekends. It was indicated that other public administrations in the field of restructuring may be open on the same dates if their institutions deem it appropriate.

Citizens who want to pay, the curfew restriction; They will be exempt as long as they have the document (request for a debt restructuring request, payment plan, etc.) with them and present it when requested. The personnel who work in the tax offices and public administrations where the payments will be made will be exempt from the curfew, provided that they present their institutional identity.
