Plastic gloves carry a great risk; It is a fact that presents a risk of contamination by foreign materials in the final product, since it is a material that can easily break and degrade. All our employees go through very important practices regarding hand hygiene and are strictly controlled in accordance with national and international regulations. Periodically, the hygiene of our employees’ hands is ensured with disinfectants suitable for contact with food.

Furthermore, these products, which contain no additives other than salt, olive oil and fish, are made in the most natural and hygienic way, while sea salt and water (brine) are used to distribute the salt of uniformly. The information on our label is in accordance with the regulations of the Turkish Food Codex in light of the explanations mentioned above.

All our products go through a sterilization process at 121 degrees, which eliminates the risk of microorganisms, without using preservatives or additives.
