After the sudden snowfall, the vehicles from the Bekirdere Viaduct of the TEM motorway remained on the road. Due to vehicles remaining on the road, the Ankara and Istanbul directions of the TEM highway were closed to traffic. Citizens were stranded on the road where there was a queue of vehicles for kilometers. On the closed road, drivers waited 1.5 hours to open the road.
