US State Department Asks Turkey Osman Kavala

The US State Department announced that Anadolu Kültür A.Ş. President Osman Kavala has called on Turkey for release. The statement made by spokesperson Ned Price included the following statements:

“The suspicious accusations against Kavala, the delay in the conclusion of his arrest and trial, as a result of the consolidation of the cases, overshadow the rule of law and the principles of democracy.”

WHAT HAPPENED?
