The Presidential Decree on Presidential Organization and the Presidential Decree that Modifies some Presidential Decrees were published in the Official Gazette today.
Accordingly, subsection “a” of the first paragraph of Article 527 / Ç of Presidential Decree No. 1 determined the duties and responsibilities of the “Department of Analysis and Financial Strategies” and “b” of the “Department of Financing of Participation “.
In the decree, the following were recorded in relation to the duties and responsibilities of the Participation Finance Department established under the Office of Presidential Finance:
“In line with the policies determined by the President, develop strategies regarding participatory financing, monitor the implementation of the decisions made in the field of these strategies before the relevant public institutions and agencies, and report the results to the President, increasing the cooperation and ensuring coordination in this field.
Carry out, participate in and support national and international activities in order to improve participatory financing and increase awareness of participatory financing. Turkey’s involvement in the field of finance to conduct research aimed at strengthening its position in international financial markets. Work on the introduction of new financial instruments to the system in the field of participatory financing, developing financial products and increasing diversity “.
