Oğuzhan Asiltürk, Chairman of the Felicity Party High Advisory Board, spoke about his meeting with AKP Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. Claiming that he will not say anything about Erdogan’s remarks, Asilturk said: “If I explain, there will be a split. I will not explain. What I will do stops in my heart,” he said of his party’s alliance policy.
Following Asiltürk’s remarks, Ali Aktaş, one of the party’s young names and Ankara’s candidate for MP in the last general election, reacted by saying “Are we being ruled by the Sultan?”
Aktaş used the following statements from his social media account:
“Oğuzhan Asiltürk, on alliances”, this is decided a week before the elections. If I explain this before that, a split occurs. That I do not explain. What will I do will stop my heart? Are we ruled like a sultan? The party has elected together. A person cannot make a decision. The Festival of Happiness is not a place where political decisions are made revealing the opinion that a person hides in his heart, it should not be. The Happiness Party is not ruled by the kingdom. The selected paintings cannot be treated as sheep acting as a kind of ‘shadow of God on earth’. ”
