The session of the House of Representatives, where the impeachment of President Donald Trump will be discussed, has been reported in the United States. Extensive security measures were taken in the capital city of Washington DC. Approximately 15,000 soldiers were deployed to the area to ensure security in and around the congress building.
Ryan McCarthy, a Department of Defense official, said National Guard troops would be in charge of security around the Capitol.
INTELLIGENCE MEASUREMENT
McCarthy stated that the soldiers who will be deployed around the Congress building will carry heavy weapons and take serious action. This decision was made in consultation with the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi.
Pentagon officials said Trump supporters were deeply concerned by the alleged protests. Authorities reported that they received intelligence that some 16 groups, mostly Trump sympathizers, some of whom said they would be armed, would take steps to organize protests in Washington.
AZERY’S TALKS CONTINUE

After President Trump’s supporters raided Congress on January 6, the water doesn’t stop in the country. Democrats and some members of the Republican Congress declared that Trump should be removed from office and began the legal process.
Republican President Donald Trump, who lost the November 3 election, will hand over his seat to Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden at the January 20 handover ceremony.
However, those who thought the events were provoked by Trump’s provocation said that the president should leave the seat to his deputy Mike Pence before January 20.
The Democrat, Speaker of the House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi, is among these names. The New York Times wrote that Mitch McConnell, the group’s chairman in the Republican House of Representatives, was also in favor of removing Trump from office.
Three senior Republican members of the House of Representatives; Liz Cheney, John Katko and Adam Kinzinger have also announced that they will support the impeachment process.
PENCE REFUSES TO CALL DEMOCRATS
However, Mike Pence stated that he will not take action to impeach Trump, based on additional article 25 of the Constitution. Pence argued that it was not in the interests of the United States to enact Article 25, which delegates power to his deputy if the president is not fit to take office.
When Vice President Pence refused to fire Trump, Democrats began the process of firing Trump. If there is a decision in the House of Representatives to impeach Trump today, the United States Senate must vote on this decision as well. However, it seems unlikely that the Senate will meet before January 20, when the Presidency will be handed over with the impeachment agenda.

SENATO WILL CHANGE AND …
On January 20, the United States Senate will change with the president. If the current Senate does not vote on a possible impeachment before the president changes by this date, the new Senate will take office.
In the new Senate, the majority will be Democrats, with the participation of new Vice President Kamala Harris. This Senate arithmetic will pave the way for Trump’s impeachment, even after he leaves office.
