Baykar’s technical manager, Selçuk Bayraktar, announced that he left WhatsApp after WhatsApp’s decision to require data sharing with Facebook.
Baykar’s technical manager, Selçuk Bayraktar, said in his post on his social media account Twitter that he left WhatsApp due to the new data policy.
Bayraktar used the following statements in his post tagged “WhatsAppDeleting”:
I am leaving WhatsApp for the new data policy that it has put into practice. Messaging programs that I use: BIP. As it is open source: Telegram Signal.
Twitter agenda ‘We whatsappsiliy’ and ‘Telegram’ in Turkey
On the other hand, after the decisions made on the use of personal data from WhatsApp, the tags “We whatsappsiliy” and “Telegram” participated in the Twitter Turkey agenda.
The tag “It is whatsappsiliy” rose to fourth place on Turkey’s Twitter agenda, many WhatsApp users as alternative names suggested by the application also took place on the agenda.
Telegram, the communication app, was ranked third on the TT list.
