Girgin, who held a press conference at the Provincial Directorate of CHP Muğla, said he read the column containing the complaint with surprise.

Girgin, stating that he put the girl’s father, “I want to ask the following question to the public across Turkey. How unscrupulous, ruthless, who could say this to the painful father of a young woman who was murdered in the prime of her life as result of a heinous murder? Also, how many of you could say that for condolences? How can you expect me to make a call like this when each of you says ‘I can’t say’? do such a thing? I ask anyone who can put their hand to conscience. I have already said that if there is any evidence, document, technical finding or the slightest implication that I intervened in the fair trial process of the case by calling, I promised that he would resign from the CHP, but also from parliament. ”He spoke in the form.
Stating that if someone made such an offer to the painful family using his name, Girgin stated that those responsible must be determined and that he would fight to be held legally responsible.
Stating that he had nothing to do with the allegation other than expressing his condolences, Girgin said:
