Nilay D., 33, and Emre D., 35, were married. There have been problems in recent months between the couple residing in Fatih, Istanbul. A CASE HAS BEEN PRESENTED TO THE PARTIES
Two women who were being treated for the incident were reported to have been injured. After the report, the prosecutor filed a lawsuit over the incident. In the indictment, it was claimed that Nilay broke into Oxana’s home by force, ‘Violated housing immunity’ and ‘Abused’ by hitting her on the head with a flowerpot, while Oxana insulted the young woman and injured her. While Nilay D. is asked for a prison sentence of up to 8 years, Oxana A. is required up to 4 years. The case will be heard in the Criminal Court of First Instance.
