At the same time, Süleyman Esen, 43, who is also the defendant in the Ergenekon trials in which he was tried and acquitted, went out to the balcony of the house yesterday at noon, while his parents were at home in the house where he stayed with his family in Bulgurlu district, Üsküdar.
While neighbors learned of Esen’s fall from the balcony of the house on the sixth floor and informed her parents of the fall, ambulance officers who arrived at the scene for Esen, who was covered in blood, determined that Esen lost life.
Police teams, who were briefed by paramedics about the death detection and met their criteria, removed and protected the place where the body was found, and reported to the Crime Scene Investigation experts. While teams of experts who went to the scene conducted the first examination of Esen’s body and collected the findings on the spot, the body was taken to the Morgu Institute of Forensic Medicine.
Expressing that they were home during the incident, Esen’s parents said they heard from their neighbors that their son fell off the balcony and said: “He went out onto the balcony. His psychological problems have increased recently. At the same time, he was a blood pressure patient, he may have had a blood pressure problem and he may have dropped. ” The exact cause of the 43-year-old Esen’s death will be confirmed with the forensic report.
Süleyman Esen, one of the defendants in the “Attack on the State Council”, was sentenced to 10 years, 2 months and 15 days in prison by the 23rd Ankara Criminal Court in 2018. Esen, who was a lawyer and whose Lawyer’s certificate was canceled following the incidents in which he was involved, he was acquitted in 2013, again of his membership in Ergenekon.
