In the petition presented to the Istanbul Attorney General’s Office, lawyer Handan Bakbak made the following complaints: “On December 9, I went to the studio to participate in the program. That day, issues related to Kaan Kavas, who had been missing for a while, would be discussed. The guest and his two lawyers who attended the program were also missing, they began to charge on Kaan Kavas’ mother. As I tried to say something to help the mother of the missing person with all my patience and kindness, the Didem program host Arslan Yılmaz suddenly shone. He started yelling and scolding me: ‘Enough, you’re sabotaging my bow. Then he said, ‘The audience is writing to me because I’m not making you speak. I have never responded. When I went into the broadcast commercial, while sitting in the presence of everyone in the studio, he came up to me and began to count what was coming into his mouth, spitting, widening his eyes in anger, and yelling at me. ‘Enough. I’m tired of telling you silence. You are interrupting the transmission flow. I can’t broadcast from dealing with you, I can’t ask my question. ‘ With no interlocutors, I quietly met, left the broadcast, and left the studio.

Didem Arslan Yılmaz scolded me in front of millions of people with her ego with her ego, and it damaged my female honor, professional reputation and dignity. I request that the “suspect be sued for insult, public humiliation, violation of personal and professional rights and threat.”
