The Antalya Police Department, which launched a large-scale investigation into the incident, found that Karina Demchenko’s lover was strangled and killed by Erhan Razı. The teams that started the operation arrested Erhan Razı.
In the interrogation of Erhan Razı, it became known that he said he loved Demchenko, that they were thinking of getting married, that he strangled him because he was jealous at the end of the argument between them. In his statement, Razı also said that the air conditioning in the room was cold so that the body would not smell.
