MHB, who was sent to the Istanbul Court of Justice in Çağlayan at night after the proceedings in the Public Security Bureau of the Şişli Police Department, was brought back to the police after the prosecutor’s office conducting the investigation give an additional detention decision for 1 day. Erçakar, 26, in a statement on social media on Saturday, shared the images reflected on the security camera and wrote that he feared the release of the MHB.

In the pictures, it is seen that MHB inflicted violence on Erçakar, who collected his belongings to leave the house, for minutes, and another woman who was next to them tried to stop MHB.

After the incident that occurred on Wednesday, December 9, Erçakar received a report of assault and filed a complaint. MHB detained, he was released on December 10, 2020, with the condition of judicial control by the court where he was taken. Tuğba Erçakar complained again by sharing the images of the violence on his Twitter account. MHB was called to testify a second time.

Tuğba Erçakar, after announcing on his Twitter account that “his girlfriend Ceylan A was beaten by her boyfriend MHB on December 9, while she was at home”, on his Twitter account and complained again, he told the Agency from Demirören News about his experiences:
