The incident that took place in Esenyurt in October 2018 was described in the indictment as follows: İlknur Gürgan went to the workplace in Esenyurt, operated by Sertaç Çelik (38), through Hüseyin Akıcı (66), whom knew previously, to buy the car. At work, Hüseyin Akıcı and Sertaç Çelik convinced İlknur Gürgan to buy the vehicle he liked by explaining it as partially painted. A contract was signed between Sertaç Çelik and İlknur Gürgan, witnessed by the other suspect, Akıcı. Despite his 35,000 lira settlements, Çelik wrote 55,000 lira to the contract and received 14,000 lira from Ilknur Gurgan as a down payment. Çelik also did not transfer the vehicle license.
REAL VEHICLE DEFECTS HIDDEN

In the indictment, suspects Sertaç Çelik and Hüseyin Akıcı were sued for “fraud by company executives” and “theft for the purpose of collecting legal claims” with separate sentences of 3 years, 2 months to 11 years.
DECISION TO ARREST DEFENDERS MADE
The court board issued an arrest warrant on July 9, 2010 against the defendants Sertaç Çelik and Hüseyin Akıcı, considering that they did not attend the hearings, their addresses could not be located and they fled the hearings. The defendants did not attend the hearing, which was held on December 7, and the case was again postponed.
