Fights broke out between opposing groups during demonstrations in support of US President Donald Trump in Washington, the US capital.
Trump supports the movements “Make America Great Again” (MAGA) “Women First for America” and ProudBoys (Proud Boys) protest in Washington before the presidential elections of the United States. Despite this, there was a clash between opposing groups in many parts of the city.
Fights broke out between Trump supporters and members of the left-wing Antifa (Anti-Fascist Movement) and Black Lives Matter (BLM) movement, which began gathering on the streets of Washington since Friday night. While it was claimed that one person was stabbed in a fight between a group wanting to go to BLM Square and Trump supporters, many people were arrested.
Trump supporters were not admitted on the street leading to the White House, which the Washington City Council called BLM Square after the events in Washington in the summer.
