The 4th Regional Directorate of Meteorology of the Regional Forecast and Warning Center of Turkey was specified, where the Central Mediterranean is forecast on December 10 next Thursday to fall under the influence of the hot and rainy system. Until the middle of next week, it was announced that intermittent rainfall in the western, southern and inland regions is expected to be heavy from time to time, especially on the Aegean coast and the western Mediterranean.
It was stated that, in general, precipitation was expected to come in the form of showers and downpours, thunderstorms on the south and west coasts, north-eastern central Anatolia, inner parts of the eastern Black Sea region, and sleet and snow in the north and east of eastern Anatolia. Air temperatures are not expected to change significantly across the country and will continue to be slightly above seasonal normals.
It has been announced that the precipitation that will be seen in the form of showers and thunderstorms for the Antalya region will be strong from time to time throughout the region. It was indicated that with the effect of the rainy system, temperatures in the region will decrease and will remain around seasonal norms.

The forecast weather conditions for three days in the three main cities of Ankara, Istanbul and Izmir are as follows:
Ankara: Partly cloudy on Thursday and no precipitation expected. It is estimated that on Fridays and Saturdays it will be very cloudy and with intervals of rain. The highest temperatures are expected to be between 11 and 13 degrees Celsius.
Istanbul: Partial and very cloudy rains are not expected on Thursday. It is estimated that it will be very cloudy, intermittent rains and torrential rains on Fridays and Saturdays. The highest temperatures are expected to be between 15 and 16 degrees.
Smyrna: Thunderstorms and thunderstorms are predicted to be intermittent and locally strong for three days. The highest temperatures are expected to be between 17 and 19 degrees.
