II- ATTACHMENT TO THE APPLICATION, PLACE AND TIME

V- ADD, SUBJECTS, LOCATION AND DATE OF THE EXAM

1. The exam will take place in Ankara in vivid terms.

1. To be considered successful, the arithmetic mean of the points awarded by each of the members of the examining committee must be at least 70 (seventy) points.

2. To determine the range of success, the score of the oral exam will be taken as a basis. The list of achievements will be determined based on the candidate with the highest score and the number of spots announced for each position by gender.

3. When connecting from the candidate with the highest Baar score, the number of advertised quotas will be determined as the original candidate and the number of alternate candidates.

4. In case the Szl test scores are equal, priority will be given to the one with the highest KPSS score, the one before the graduation date, the one before the birth date, respectively.

5. For candidates who are not included in the primary or reserve ranking, obtaining 70 (seventy) or more points in the oral exam will not constitute an exclusive right.

VII- END OF EXAMS AND AFTER

3. 4. VIII- PLACEMENT AND STRIKE WORKS

3. The candidates will sign the service contract within the term to be determined and will go to the strike sites within 15 (fifteen) days and begin the strike. Candidates who cannot strike without a valid excuse will be fired.

4. Those who cannot start a strike for the specified period (birth, illness, military service, etc.) may start a strike within 15 (fifteen) days after the end of their excuses, if they document these circumstances.

5. Those on the main list who do not request to start the strike without a valid excuse will not start the strike. Exam results will not be considered an earned right for these candidates.

6. Candidates in reserve may initiate a strike within the period of validity of the results of the examination, with the same procedure, according to its success, to the contracted position that will remain vacant for any reason if necessary. Exam results will be valid until the next exam announcement.

IX- MORE QUESTIONS

1. The dormitory management personnel will strike in the dormitories under the supervision of the Ministry, which provides the service 24 hours a day, and the reception hours will be determined by the pertinent units within the framework of the legislation.

2. The Ministry may request documents from the candidate on the issues declared by the candidate at each stage of the examination and placement process.

3. Applications and examinations of candidates who have submitted documents or made a statement before, after and during the placement process will be considered invalid. If the announcement is made, the agreement will be terminated. A water declaration will be made to the corresponding President of the Republic regarding these persons.

4. All announcements made on the Ministry’s website about exams and results will be considered notifications. Candidates will not be notified separately.

5. Fax and email will not be used for exam work and procedures. Candidates must send their written and signed applications to the General Directorate of the Ministry of Personnel, Ministry of Education and Examinations.
