The circular noted that it is essential that activities that cause crowding of people during a period of controlled social life are not carried out if possible, and if they are carried out, it is essential that they be carried out in accordance with the rule of physical distance .

THE PENALTY WILL APPLY TO DIFFERENT BEHAVIORS
In this sense, the decisions of the Provincial / District General Hygiene Boards will be taken urgently in accordance with articles 27 and 72 of the General Health Law. , It will not cause any trouble and unfair treatment. Those who do not comply with the decisions taken will be subject to administrative action in accordance with the pertinent articles of the General Hygiene Law. The necessary judicial procedures will be initiated in the area of article 195 of the Turkish Penal Code in relation to criminal acts.
