Her roommate AD, who was unable to hear her dancer friend Anastasiya Yazerskaya in Antalya for 15 days, reported her missing to the police. Following the notification, teams from the Directorate of Public Security Branch of the Antalya Police Department launched an investigation. Crews took 15 months to monitor women in the region to examine the missing since the nights of March 8 in Turkey. It was determined that Yazerskaya got into the car used by Ahmet Oğuz Özgür near his home at around 10:15 p.m. on March 8. Ahmet Oğuz Özgür, a teacher at a secondary school, was arrested. Özgür claimed that he did not recognize the missing woman, arguing that he had nothing to do with the incident. When Mobese’s picture was shown, he confessed his guilt and was arrested for “deliberate murder”.
In the case opened at the 11th Antalya Higher Criminal Court, Ahmet Oğuz Özgür appeared before the judge for the first time. While the detained defendant Özgür was attending the hearing through SEGBİS, the party’s lawyers were present in the room. In his defense, Özgür said he did not accept the accusation. Ahmet Oğuz Özgür stated that he was a teacher and that he was assigned to Antalya last year while working in Isparta and said:
“My family could not come to Antalya with me due to my son’s education. After finishing my son’s education, my family came from Isparta. I rented a house in the Barrio de Seguridad. During my time in Antalya, I got in touch with a woman named Lena and got in touch with other women for money. I had a relationship with the late Anastasiya several times in this way. I had my previous relationships at the hotel. On the date of the incident, I called Lena to have sex again for money. He addressed the deceased that day. Around 9:30 p.m. I picked up the deceased from the place indicated to me. We went to a cafe with the deceased who came to see me with alcohol. He drank two glasses of the alcoholic beverage at the cafe, whose name I don’t know. Then we went to the disco together. Here too he drank half a bottle of whiskey. As I was driving, I did not drink alcohol that night. We got to my house around 01:30. I gave 1800 TL to the deceased before entering the house. After having sex in the living room, I went to sleep in my room. “

Özgür, who said that the deceased leaked into the room because he was drunk, continued as follows:
“In the morning the deceased’s phone rang. I told him to go check the phone. I played but didn’t wake up. When I turned him slightly to the side, I saw bleeding from his nose. When I checked, he wasn’t breathing and his heart wasn’t beating. When I opened my eyelids, I noticed that the whites of my eyes were yellow. I immediately did artificial respiration and heart massage. However, it produced no results. At that moment I thought about calling the emergency room and the police. However, after 11 days, my middle son got married. I decided not to inform anyone at the time, thinking that the wedding could be canceled if this event was heard. I got out of the house and drove a bit. I didn’t know what to do at the time. So I decided to bury the deceased. I got a pick and shovel from a job site. I bought duct tape to use while carrying the victim. I came home at noon. I taped the victim’s arms to his body. I glued both feet together and wrapped them in the sofa sheet. I put the victim’s clothes, boots, purse and cell phone in two separate bags. “
‘I WANTED TO HIDE THERE UNTIL MY SON’S DELEGATION’
Expressing that he hoped it would be later in the evening, Özgür continued his words as follows:
“Around 9:30 pm I put the deceased in my car with a sheet that I wrapped. I put it in the back seat. I went out on the road to Isparta because I didn’t know much. After getting fuel at a gas station 40 kilometers from Isparta, I returned to Antalya. When I saw that there was a hole, I decided to see the deceased there. Actually, he did not want to bury the deceased completely. I just wanted to hide it there until my son’s wedding. After digging the dirt a bit with a pick and shovel, I brought the body here. As I was thinking of telling the police about this incident after the wedding, I left a truck tire at the place where I buried the body so that the location of the body could be easily found, then I left with my vehicle. The one at the crossroads He wanted to dump the victim’s cell phone, SIM card and battery on the side of the road, but it fell on the road. Then, elsewhere, I threw the deceased’s other clothes and the bag that contained his bag in the garbage container. Again that day when I was burying the body, I threw my clothes in the garbage container because it was muddy from the rainy weather. I only had underwear left. I got back to my house around 02:30. I went to school in the morning. During the incident, I did not take any action against the victim, I did not hit him. I did not take any action that could cause his death, I am not guilty. “

Recalling that he sent 3 messages to Anastasiya Yazerskaya after the incident, Özgür said: “My goal was to check if the cell phone that I had sent had been found.” Ahmet Oğuz Özgür, who wept during the hearing, said that when he first saw Anastasiya Yazerskaya dead, it was the right way to go to the police, but it was not. “I was like an idiot at the time. When I got home at noon, I prayed, ‘I hope he’s alive.’ But he wasn’t alive. You can’t tell the weight that collapsed on me. 11 days later, my middle son had a wedding. I didn’t inform anyone who thought the wedding might be canceled if this event is heard. He said, “people will be like me.”
AD, who was heard as a witness at the hearing, stated that they lived in the same house with Anastasiya Yazerkskaya, whom he met a year ago, and said: “We had an emotional relationship with the deceased. He had no information that Anastasiya had sex for money. He just told me that a person named Oğuz was harassing him and he felt uncomfortable sending messages like ‘I want to see you’, ‘I love you so much’, ‘We definitely need to meet’. He did not know that the deceased was seeing the accused. I have not seen the defendant before. We had a verbal discussion with the deceased about the consumption of alcohol every day. However, there was no physical intervention, “he said.
Merve Can Harcola Doğan, one of the defendant’s lawyers, stated that there is no reason for the defendant to kill the deceased within the scope of the entire record and said: “There is a natural death. The defendant’s biggest mistake is that he did not notify the relevant authorities about this death that day, ”he said.
Deciding to continue the detention of the defendant Ahmet Oğuz Özgür, the court adjourned the hearing.
