WHAT DOES THE BAN ON THE STREET BEGIN AND WHEN DOES IT END?
The Ministry of the Interior indicated that within the framework of the circular on “Curfew restrictions” sent to the governorates, the curfew will be applied between 9:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. from Monday to Friday and from 9:00 p.m. on Friday until 5:00 a.m. Monday until a new decision is made. In the written statement of the Ministry, it was recalled that new decisions were made in the Presidential Cabinet, which met under the presidency of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
Erdogan affirmed that the coronavirus measures will be regulated by the circular of the Interior Ministry and will be implemented from Tuesday.
The new measures announced by President Erdogan are as follows; “A curfew will be imposed every day between 9:00 PM and 5:00 AM Monday through Friday. Restaurants will not be able to serve except take-out services. A curfew will be imposed on the weekend. Citizens over 65 and under 20 will not be able to use public transport.
