All evidence is compiled and meticulously evaluated by the Gercüş General Prosecutor’s Office based on the allegations / statements of the victim and the suspect. MA, one of the suspects within the scope of the investigation, was arrested on 11/13/2020. Regarding the incident under investigation, the Gercüş investigating judge’s decision on confidentiality and transmission was made on 11/18/2020, and the publications and complaints published by some media do not reflect the truth.
