When TEI General Manager Mahmut Aksit did not broadcast the first operation of the national helicopter engine to the live broadcast attended by AKP President Erdogan, he said: “We do not give our right to those who want to sabotage the ceremony. Mr. President, we would like to see the engine test team live again, please. The Presidency suggested this company to us, do your job well, ”he said.
Utku Çakırözer, MP for CHP Eskişehir, put Aksit’s words on the parliament’s agenda.
‘THE PRESIDENTIAL HAS TO ANSWER’
Recalling Akşit’s words that ‘there are those who want to sabotage the ceremony’ during the ceremony and that the engine running images could not be broadcast live later, Çakırözer said, “the (Akşit) words that the Presidency offered us this company created great doubts. ” Çakırözer said: “The Presidency has to answer these allegations of sabotage, the accusations from the ceremony that the project was sabotaged. The Presidency of the Defense Industry is directly attached to the Presidency. The owner of this project is Industria de Defensa y Presidencia. We hope that Fuat Oktay will respond as soon as possible. “
WHY IS THE MOTOR OPERATION NOT SHOWN LIVE?
Çakırözer, who posed a parliamentary question to the Presidency of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey for a response from Vice President Fuat Oktay, asked the following questions:
“Who are the ones who want to sabotage this ceremony or this project? Is this engine running? If it works, why can’t it be shown on the live stream? Who is the company responsible for the live broadcast? Who is in charge of the company called ‘Presidential Proposal’? Why is the Presidency forcing a private company to broadcast live instead of TRT or AA for ceremonies? How much price did this company receive from TEI for this ceremony? Has the company been paid from the presidential budget? How much has been paid in the last 5 years? How many of the ceremonies that President Erdoğan attended was this company responsible for? ”
‘SABOTAGE’ CRISIS AT THE DELIVERY CEREMONY
During the opening ceremony of the delivery and design center of the first national helicopter engine TEI-TS1400, which Erdogan attended via video conference, the late start of the engine caused a crisis. Erdogan, the Minister of National Defense Hulusi Akar and the General Manager of TUSAŞ Motor Sanayii AŞ (TEI) Mahmut Faruk Akşit, “Are we ready?” she asked. Meanwhile, Akşit was heard to say: “We do not halal our rights to those who want to sabotage the ceremony.
The General Manager Aksit then warned the employees with the words “The Presidency suggested this company to us, do your job correctly.” During Akşit’s speech, National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar was heard saying “Okay, late.”
