Raise the rate of civil servants and retirees according to inflation

Civil servants and retired civil servants received an inflation difference of 1.75 percent, in addition to a 4 percent increase in collective agreements in July. Retirees from SSK and Bağ-Kur were also entitled to a 5.75 percent increase in July compared to inflation from January to June.
