A critical statement came today after the assassination of Iranian nuclear physicist Muhsin Fahrizade Mahabadi last week in Abserd, Iran’s capital Tehran, at 2.30pm local time.
The Iranian administration announced that investigations into the explosives and weapons used in the attack were continuing and that it determined that these weapons were produced in Israel.
WHAT HAPPENED?
Last week, on Friday around 2:30 p.m., the famous Iranian nuclear physicist Muhsin Fahrizade Mahabadi was assassinated. In the attack, it was alleged that during the passage of the vehicle carrying Mahabadi, a Nissan vehicle loaded with bombs was detonated and fire was opened on Mahabadi’s vehicle.
The Iranian Defense Ministry also announced that Mahabadi, who was seriously injured, was hospitalized, but could not be saved despite all the interventions.
While the Tehran administration held Israel responsible for the attack, the parties did not make a statement on the matter.
