WHAT ARE POMEM’S APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS?
a) be a citizen of the Republic of Turkey,
b) Graduate from the educational institutions specified in article 5,
c) Have obtained a base score or more determined by the Ministry in KPSS,
ç) Have obtained at least 80% of the score specified in clause (c) for the spouse or children of law enforcement personnel, martyrs or service disabled,

e) Have no legal impediment to carry weapons or carry out armed duties,
f) Comply with the conditions specified in the Health Regulations,
g) Even if the periods specified in Article 53 of the Turkish Penal Code dated 9/26/2004 and numbered 5237 have elapsed, the candidate himself and, if married, his spouse;
1) Not to be sentenced to prison of one year or more even if the announcement of the verdict is suspended for a crime committed intentionally,
2) Crimes against the security of the State, crimes against the constitutional order and the operation of this order, embezzlement, extortion, bribery, theft, fraud, falsification, breach of trust, fraudulent bankruptcy, fraudulent bankruptcy, although the announcement of verdict, not being convicted of crimes against fraud, money laundering derived from the crime, contraband or sexual immunity, or not having an investigation or prosecution in progress for these crimes, or the prosecution not concluded with conciliation,
