In this context, considering the course of the Covid-19 epidemic, between the dates of 12.01.2020-04.01.2021, our district governors and relevant institutions showed the necessary sensitivity to the issue, and the implementation was carried out within the framework mentioned. It was decided to ensure that it is fully implemented. “
