6. Music broadcasts (including live music, recordings, etc.) may not be made in the hotel restaurants, restaurants and other lounges and accommodation facilities after 22:00 under any circumstances.
The decisions of the Provincial / District General Hygiene Boards will be taken urgently by the governors and district governors in accordance with articles 27 and 72 of the General Hygiene Law in accordance with the aforementioned principles and no interruption will be caused in the implementation.
An administrative action will be taken in accordance with the relevant articles of the General Hygiene Law and the Tourist Incentive Law for hotels and accommodation establishments that are acting against the determined principles or acting as entertainment venues.
The necessary judicial procedures will be initiated in the area of article 195 of the Turkish Penal Code in relation to criminal acts.
