Meral Akşener, Chairman of the Good Party, who visited the Beşikdüzü district in Trabzon, was received with torches by party members. Akşener first met with the Mayor of Beşikdüzü, Ramis Uzun, and then visited the Mayor of Yomra, Mustafa Bıyık.

Beşikdüzü Mayor Ramis Uzun said he is very happy with Akşener’s visit, saying: “We are participating in the 2019 local elections together with the National Alliance. Akşener then visited Mustafa Bıyık, the mayor of Yomra from the GOOD Party. In response to the question about the snap elections, Akşener responded with Abdulhamit Gül’s reform statement.
Akşener said the following:

* It was said that there is a problem here. We also say that the party-based presidential system creates this problem.
* Come, don’t force this nation, let’s fix the flaws of this system under another name. We say, let’s build a parliamentary system together in the form of a complete separation of powers.
* It is understood that there is no possibility to enter at this point. Interestingly, Erdogan was offended by Arinc and Cicek’s speeches. This system cannot be carried over to Turkey. The government will have to go to elections. You can’t wear it until 2023.
