Bad news came from the Pennsylvania court to the president of the United States, Trump, who continues with his objection to the results of the 59 presidential elections held on November 3 by legal means.
Trump’s election team, which previously rejected the court request regarding the election results in the state and appealed the request, returned empty-handed from the appeals court.
The federal appeals court in Philadelphia, the state capital of Pennsylvania, announced that Trump’s legal team rejected the request, noting that it “could not provide sufficient evidence” for the allegations of “voter fraud and wrongdoing.”
In a statement made by Trump’s electoral team, it was reported that the decision will be taken to the United States Supreme Court.
The case in question was heard in a lower court last week, Trump’s lawyer Rudy Giuliani claimed that the electoral process in the state was rigged and gave the message that they would take the case to the end.

In the US presidential elections, the people do not directly elect the president. States generally have a certain number of electoral board members determined by their population. These delegates are determined by the votes of the people. The candidate who wins the most votes in a state wins all the delegates in that state.
Joe Biden has already exceeded enough delegates for the presidency. Biden’s number of delegates was 306, while Donald Trump had 232 delegates.
These representatives must vote for the presidential candidate and send these votes to Washington before December 14. Votes sent are received by the United States Congress no later than December 23.
