WHO IS SAVVAS KALENDERİDİS?
Savvas Kalenderidis is known as the Greek intelligence officer who accompanied the leader of the PKK terrorist organization Abdullah Öcalan in Nairobi, the Kenyan capital, during his capture.
Kalenderidis worked as a “commercial fire” at the Greek consulate in Izmir between 1987-1988. Kalenderidis is known to have developed relations with the PKK and its leader Öcalan during this period.
