Republican Donald Trump, who made sure to lose the November 3 election but refused to accept defeat on the grounds that he had been misled, declared that he would leave the White House if his Democratic opponent Joe Biden was approved by the Selection Committee.
Joe Biden, who was elected the 46th president of the United States, will assume control of the White House on January 20.

These delegates are determined by the votes of the people. The candidate who wins the most votes in a state wins all the delegates in that state.
Joe Biden has already exceeded enough delegates for the presidency. Biden’s delegate count was 306, while Donald Trump had 232 delegates.
These representatives must vote for the presidential candidate and send these votes to Washington before December 14. Votes sent are received by the United States Congress no later than December 23.
