The Interior Ministry sent a circular on “Covid-19 Inspections” to 81 provincial governorates. The Circular noted that during the period of controlled social life in the field of combating the coronavirus epidemic, compliance with the measures determined for all lines of business and housing areas, as well as cleaning, mask and distance, is of great importance in terms of success in combating the epidemic.
In the circular, in which it has been pointed out that my audits with high visibility in the coordination of governors / district governors have made significant contributions to the fight against the epidemic, the following information was included on the inspections to be carried out during 4 days:
* Under the coordination of governors and district governors in all provinces and districts from November 26 to 27 to 28 and 29, 2020; Intensive inspections will be carried out in places where citizens can be found in large numbers, especially markets, public transport vehicles and shopping centers.
It will be controlled one by one
* Public transport vehicles will be checked one by one in the public transport vehicle inspection. Particular emphasis will be placed on the limitation of passenger capacity, the presentation of the HES code, the obligation to wear a mask and the adoption of the necessary hygiene / cleaning measures in transport vehicles.
* The market manager will be determined by the relevant local governments, separately for each market, and will be shared with the governorates / district governments immediately. The communication and coordination of the market managers will be effectively ensured, who will be responsible for the measures to be taken to combat the epidemic and comply with the determined rules.
* In inspections of shopping centers, emphasis will be placed on complying with restrictions on the number of people who can be in the shopping center at the same time and working hours. In the scope of the circular previously sent to the provinces under the supervision of the shopping centers, the maintenance of the air conditioning and filtering systems of the shopping center will be especially checked and if the filter changes are carried out periodically.
* By ensuring coordination between local governments, general law enforcement agencies, public institutions and organizations, village / neighborhood mukhtars and professional chambers, district governors and governors will do the necessary planning and there will be no deployment interruptions.
