The Student Identification Tool (ÖBA) and Teacher Guidelines Form (ÖYF) sent to schools within this period will be retained for later use.
7. Teachers will be assigned in place of teachers who are unable to practice live lessons due to illness, leave, and similar reasons.
8. To carry out the distance education process effectively and efficiently, teachers will go to school at least 1 (one) day a week in accordance with the planning to be carried out by school administrations together with teachers and students. teachers who work in the guidance service, who will evaluate and process the class notebooks. Teachers will be able to use tools such as computers and cameras at school to continue distance education.
9. For the transfer of students, applications will be processed until November 18, 2020, no new applications will be received. The procedures for accepting and rejecting transfers of students requesting transfer and transfer will be finalized by the school administrations on Friday, November 20, 2020.
10. Although the principles of measurement and evaluation set forth in the relevant article (f) are valid, it will be planned that examinations in primary education institutions and secondary education institutions within the scope of the relevant regulations (b) are held in person in the school setting after December 31, 2020.
11. The practical lessons that are developed in the field of interest (g) of the General Directorate of Technical and Professional Education and of interest (h) of the General Directorate of Religious Education will not be taught in person until 12.31.2020.
12. In the Counseling Research Centers (RAM), services will continue to be provided to people whose educational diagnosis will be made for the first time upon receiving a report from the health board.
13. No talent areas will be identified for candidate BİLSEM students.
14. Individual trainings carried out in special education and rehabilitation centers within the scope of Law No. 5580 will continue in person, group training will not be carried out.
15. End-of-term exams in private education institutions that engage in non-formal education activities within the scope of Law No. 5580 will be conducted in accordance with the curfew rules.
