WHAT IS THE WEEKEND PROHIBITION?
Until a new decision is made, a curfew will be imposed on weekends, except from 10:00 to 20:00. Production, manufacturing and supply chains will be exempt from this restriction.
In this sense, the first implementation will be the curfew from 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 21 to 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, November 22, from 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 22 until 5:00 a.m. 00 hours on Monday, November 23.
On the weekends after these dates, the implementation will continue as indicated until a new decision is made.
NEW CORONAVIRUS MEASURES ACCORDING TO THE GENERAL MINISTRY OF INTERIOR

Are students under the age of 20 who study in person at universities and professional or national athletes exempt from the curfew?
Face-to-face education continues in departments such as engineering colleges / medical colleges that provide technical education at some universities. Students in this age group will receive a special document showing the curriculum from the university administration to document their situation, and students under the age of 20 will not be subject to the curfew restrictions imposed for this age group when submitting this document when necessary.
Professional or national athletes under 20 years of age will not be subject to curfews within the scope of their sporting activities (competition, training, travel for these purposes, etc.) as long as they certify that they are professional or national athletes.
Is an intercity permit required for citizens 65 and older?
Citizens aged 65 and over can travel intercity within the framework of our Circular No. 8206 of 20.05.2020 only on the condition that they obtain a Travel Permit and the Travel Permit Certificate must be obtained during the ticket sales process for all types of interurban public transport vehicles (plane, bus, train, ferry, etc.) The condition will be searched.
Members of professional groups such as healthcare workers (doctor, dentist, pharmacist, etc.) who are 65 years of age or older, elected officials (mayor, mukhtar, etc.), lawyers, academics, veterinarians, independent accountants-financial advisers are taken to the street. Are people taking tests organized across the country, such as KPSS, career entrance exams, TOEFL, and IELTS exempt from curfew?
With our circular, it is determined that those who certify that they will participate in KPSS and other core exams and their companions are exempt from the restriction, so that people of all ages who will take these exams will not be subject to a curfew.
Is the construction sector exempt from curfew restrictions on weekends?
The construction industry and its employees will be exempt from the curfew as they are within the scope of the exception provision imposed for production and manufacturing facilities and those who work there in accordance with the provisions of 5.1 / ğ and 5.2 / ğ of the Circular.
