21-22- Every child who has to go to another country other than the country where he lives has the right to be protected by the country of destination.
23- Children with disabilities have the right to special protection and respect. The state has a responsibility to establish institutions that provide care and education for children with disabilities. All kinds of assistance are provided to families of disabled children.
24- Every child has the right to benefit from health services. Protection against disease is guaranteed by the state and society, and attention is paid to the nutrition of children, their vaccination, cleanliness of the environment and other health conditions. Children who are sick receive treatment.
25- Kindergartens, kindergartens, dormitories, schools and children’s hospitals are established in accordance with the rights of the child and are regularly monitored.
26-27- The right of every child to development and health must be guaranteed. In this sense, children receive help when necessary to lead a better life.
28- Every child is supported and protected to complete their education. Primary education is free and compulsory for all children without any discrimination.
29–30- The education given to children should be at the level that provides their maximum development. Education is organized in such a way as to increase children’s tolerance, respect for their own culture and different cultures, fight against discrimination and respect for nature. If the child’s own culture is different from that of the country in which they are found, due attention is paid to them at all stages of their right to development and education.
31- Playgrounds, children’s clubs, libraries, sports and cultural centers should be opened so that children can take advantage of their free time and improve themselves. Every child has the right to participate in such activities.
32- Children have the right to go to school and play. They cannot work as adults. If they have to work, the work they will do should not pose a problem to their health and education.
33- All children are protected against all kinds of harmful substances. Those who produce these substances and give them to children are punished.
34- No approach that hurts children physically and spiritually is allowed.
35- The state has the responsibility to protect children and fight against those who kidnap and sell children and want to employ them.
36- No person can use children for their own interests. The state protects all children against such a situation37. Children cannot be punished with inhumane methods or humiliation. If a child is coerced into committing a crime, the punishment imposed should be appropriate to his age and development, and in a way that does not impede his education.
38- Every child has the right to live in peace and to be protected from war. Children should not be recruited. The state is responsible for protecting children from armed conflict and its consequences.39- If children are injured for various reasons, efforts are made to cure them and measures are taken to prevent them from being harmed again.
40- Children who have problems with the law are not solely responsible for this situation. Children knowingly do not harm anyone. Children driven to crime cannot be punished as adults, they are reintegrated into society with special laws.
41- If the laws of a state are better than the provisions established here, they cannot be changed in any way 42- The state ensures that everyone learns the CRC.
43- The Committee on the Rights of the Child was established to evaluate the implementation of the CRC.
44- The State and the people who live in that country are responsible for providing information to the Committee on the Rights of the Child on the situation of children’s rights.
45- Relevant organizations provide convenience and assistance to the work of the Committee on the Rights of the Child.
