CHP leader Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu met representatives of non-governmental organizations for breakfast in the Safranbolu district of Karabük. Kılıçdaroğlu was received by CHP Karabük MP Hüseyin Avni Aksoy, CHP Bartın MP Aysu Bankoğlu, Safranbolu Mayor Elif Köse, and party members.
The program, which was closed to the press, lasted 2 hours. Kılıçdaroğlu delivered a speech to party members in the closed press program at the Safranbolu Cultural Center. He then went to Safranbolu municipality and visited Mayor Elif Köse.

Kılıçdaroğlu answered questions from journalists after leaving the municipality. When asked about the statement by AKP Group Vice President Bülent Turan that the prosecutor’s office launched an investigation against Alaattin Çakıcı, Kılıçdaroğlu said;

Expressing that the CHP is open to all kinds of criticism for legitimate reasons, Kılıçdaroğlu continued his words as follows:
* We will express our own thoughts. We will continue our path with determination. Look, we are in a republic city. We are in a republican city. Therefore, I am also happy to be in this republic city.
* Although it may be that I wish you to all corners of Turkey. There are many problems. Traders have a problem. The political establishment should be interested in these. If the political establishment goes and takes care of the member of the mafia, there is a problem with that.
* There is a problem in terms of democracy and law. We must overcome them. We are determined to overcome them. We are determined to bring true democracy, true law, true freedom to this country, no matter what they do. DHA
